Shipping Policy

Order Processing:
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
We offer free standard shipping within USA on all orders. For international orders or expedited shipping, rates will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 7–15 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 3–7 business days

Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g., customs, weather, or carrier delays).

Order Tracking:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor the delivery progress.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders Outside Of USA):
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. BAUDY SHOP is not responsible for these charges if they are applied; they are your responsibility as the customer.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address:
We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. Please ensure all shipping details are accurate before placing your order.

Order Changes & Cancellations:
Orders cannot be canceled or modified once they have been processed and shipped.

Lost or Damaged Packages:
If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at support@baudyshop.com within 7 days of the delivery date for assistance.
